After a mission is submitted, every checkpoint gets validated by our Review Team within 3 business days. Each and every checkpoint needs to completed correctly for the mission to be SUCCESSFUL. If any checkpoint was completed incorrectly, the mission will be REJECTED.
You can open a rejected mission's checkpoints to see which one was unsuccessful. Our Review Team will leave a note within the checkpoint advising why it was rejected.
Here is how you can find that:
- Step 1: Click on the tab 'My Missions
- Step 2: Click on the Mission Rejected
- Step 3: Identify the rejected checkpoint (s) and read the Reviewer feedback
You may be offered a second chance, which will allow you to fix the issue you had and re-submit your answers or photos. However, that's not always the case if the mission is not available any more on the map. That's why you should always carefully read and adhere to the mission instructions!
In case you are still unhappy with the decision made, you can appeal the decision by submitting a ticket. Always keep in mind your submission was thoroughly reviewed by our Review Team so your appeal can be denied and we will get back to you within 3 business days with the decision.
We kindly ask that you don't send us multiple emails about the same mission. It won't make us decide anything quicker, it will just make us more confused.
