We always recommend confirming the opening hours prior to accepting a mission - especially if you live far from the location. A quick phone call to the store won't hurt and it might save you a trip.
However, if you visited a store that is closed or does not exist, we kindly ask you to inform us by submitting a ticket with the mission and location name.
Our Team will review the information and remove the Pin from the map asap if applicable.
In some cases, we might request you to take photos to prove the store is closed and will compensate you for it. This is not the general rule, but if that's the case, we will make sure to add this information in the missing overview!
